Nick was fabulous! We loved having him as our Private Chef for our corporate retreat. He made things very easy for us to focus on work as he made us breakfast (fruit and cheese board; gluten free poblano, bacon, and potato quiche; biscuits & sausage gravy; avocado toast with micro greens and balsamic reduction) … lunch (THE BEST marinated portobello mushrooms and red peppers, chimichurri and baba ganoush sandwiches; rotisserie chicken and cheese with balsamic on grilled ciabatta sandwiches; and kale salad with walnuts, apples, goat cheese)… and dinner (heirloom tomatoes/buratta bruschetta; salad; wagyu beef, chimichurri, steak fries, and sweet & sour carrots) … plus an incredible dessert (chocolate bourbon pecan pie with whipped cream).
