We contacted Chef Nick about cooking a private meal during our stay in Breckenridge over Christmas. He was nothing short of outstanding. Super friendly and very easy going with our party. You can tell that he truly has a passion for people…but most importantly for food! Additionally, he was very responsive and accommodating with his menu (we had two young kids, his spaghetti and meatballs were incredible)!
All of Chef Nick’s food was sourced locally and of the highest quality. Everything was excellent but the Wagyu Tri Tip Roast absolutely stole the show! Hands down would book again. Thanks Chef Nick for an awesome evening!
