Wilderness Bound Provisions uses only organic ingredients and is proud to feature locally sourced and sustainable options. Are you gluten-free? Paleo? Vegan? Food allergies? – no problem! Wilderness Bound Provisions can make it all, and make it delicious.
Typical service is one entree with two pre-entree selections. Additional items may be added for an additional fee. The following dishes are suggested menu items; we can provide custom dishes based on your preferences or seasonal specialties.
Appetizers
- Salmon Poke* – Sushi-grade Atlantic Salmon with Poke Dressing, Scallion and Sesame, served with sliced ripe Avocado and crispy Wonton Chips
